Quel support est-il proposé aux clients de Cirrus Shield et comment contacter votre support à la clientèle?

En fonction de la version à laquelle vous avez souscrit, vous aurez droit aux options de support client suivantes.

1 – Support Standard

Les clients ayant souscrit à des licences payantes ont droit au services de support standard:

  • Accès à l’aide en ligne, à des guides, et aux vidéos en ligne
  • Support illimité par email à l’adresse suivante: support@cirrus-shield.com
  • Type de support : support utilisateur, questions liées à l’utilisation du produit (utilisateur ou administrateur), signalisation de problèmes de fonctionnement sur le produit (bugs).
  • Horaires du support: Lundi au Vendredi de 9h à 18h
  • Niveau de service: réponse sous 2 jours ouvrés

2 – Support Premium

Le prix est-il par mois ou par utilisateur ?

Les deux. Le prix est par utilisateur et par mois. Il n’y a pas de nombre minimum d’utilisateurs, mais les utilisateurs sont nommés, ce qui signifie que chaque personne dans votre entreprise qui a besoin d’accéder à notre logiciel a besoin d’une licence. Les licences ne peuvent pas être partagées entre les utilisateurs. Par exemple, si John et Sandra ont besoin d’accéder à Cirrus Shield, vous devez souscrire à 2 licences utilisateur. Si vos licences sont de type “Ultime”, le montant mensuel de votre abonnement sera: 2 licences utilisateur x 75 € = 150 €.

Quelle est la politique de remboursement ?

Nous ne remboursons pas les licences qui ont déjà été payés. Tout paiement pour une période donnée, que ce soit pour un mois ou plus ne sont pas remboursables.

 

Puis-je annuler mon abonnement ?

Oui. Vous pouvez annuler votre abonnement à tout moment. Les paiements qui ont déjà été effectués ne seront pas remboursés. A la fin de la période d’abonnement en cours, votre abonnement ne sera pas renouvelé.

 

Quels sont les modes de paiement acceptés ?

Nous acceptons les moyens de paiements suivants: virement bancaire, prélèvement.

Y a t-il une limite au nombre d'utilisateurs que je peux acheter dans chaque plan ?

Non, vous pouvez acheter autant d’utilisateurs que vous avez besoin.

Puis-je avoir quelques utilisateurs sur un seul plan et les autres sur un autre ?

Non, tous les utilisateurs ont besoin d’être sur le même plan.

Que faire si je ne veux que l'une des caractéristiques qui vient avec professionnel, entreprise ou ultime ?

Afin d’obtenir une fonctionnalité d’un plan plus cher, vous devez vous abonner à ce plan. Nos plans sont conçus sous forme de paquets, les caractéristiques individuelles ne peuvent pas être extraites d’un plan donné.

Is the price per month or per user?

Both. The price is per user and per month. There is no minimum number of users, but users are named, which means everyone in your business who needs to access our software needs a license. Licenses cannot be shared between users. For example, if John and Sandra need access to Cirrus Shield, you must purchase 2 user licenses. If your licenses are of the “Ultimate” type, the monthly amount of your subscription will be: 2 user licenses x 75 € = 150 €.

What is the refund policy?

We do not refund licenses that have already been paid for. Any payment for a given period, whether for a month or more are not refundable.

 

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Payments that have already been made will not be refunded. At the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will not be renewed.

 

What are the forms of payment accepted ?

We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer, direct debit.

Is there a limit to the number of users I can buy in each plan?

No, You can buy as many users as you need.

Can I have a few users on one plan and the rest on another?

No, All users need to be on the same plane.

What if I only want one of the features that comes with Professional, Business, or Ultimate?

In order to get functionality from a more expensive plan, you must subscribe to that plan. Our plans are designed as packages, individual characteristics cannot be extracted from a given plan.
