What support is offered to Cirrus Shield customers and how do I contact your customer support?

Depending on the version you have subscribed to, you will be entitled to the following customer support options.

1 – Standard Support

Customers who have purchased paid licenses are entitled to standard support services:

  • Access to online help, guides, and online videos
  • Unlimited support by email to the following address: support@cirrus-shield.com
  • Type of support: user support, questions related to the use of the product (user or administrator), reporting of operating problems on the product (bugs).
  • Support hours: Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Service level: response within 2 working days

2 – Premium support

An additional paid Premium support option is available. It gives access to additional services such as: administration of your environment, support for developers. Please contact us at the following address for more information: contact@cirrus-shield.com

Is the price per month or per user?

Both. The price is per user and per month. There is no minimum number of users, but users are named, which means everyone in your business who needs to access our software needs a license. Licenses cannot be shared between users. For example, if John and Sandra need access to Cirrus Shield, you must purchase 2 user licenses. If your licenses are of the “Ultimate” type, the monthly amount of your subscription will be: 2 user licenses x 75 € = 150 €.

What is the refund policy?

We do not refund licenses that have already been paid for. Any payment for a given period, whether for a month or more are not refundable.

 

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Payments that have already been made will not be refunded. At the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will not be renewed.

 

What are the forms of payment accepted ?

We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer, direct debit.

Is there a limit to the number of users I can buy in each plan?

No, You can buy as many users as you need.

Can I have a few users on one plan and the rest on another?

No, All users need to be on the same plane.

What if I only want one of the features that comes with Professional, Business, or Ultimate?

In order to get functionality from a more expensive plan, you must subscribe to that plan. Our plans are designed as packages, individual characteristics cannot be extracted from a given plan.
