Data stored in France

Cirrus Shield’s servers and data are hosted in France (Roubaix) by the country’s largest hosting company: OVH. By relying on OVH infrastructures, Cirrus Shield guarantees a high level of quality and security for all its users, and favors “Made in France”.

Profile management and data visibility

Within Cirrus Shield, you manage access rights to the application’s functionalities (export rights, filter creation, read/write/delete rights on modules, etc.) with profiles, and data visibility with positions and groups.

Authentication safety rules

Define password security rules such as validity period, length and complexity rules, session expiry time, or prohibited terms.

History of connections

Cirrus Shield tracks all connections made by your users, including the date and time of connection, IP address and GPS coordinates. In this way, you can identify connections made from suspicious locations.

RGPD Compliance

In addition to data and server localization (in France), Cirrus Shield allows you to manage all RGPD requirements in full compliance with the regulation (for more infos). Data collection forms created with the WordPress extension can be used to set up appropriate legal notices, as well as a double opt-in process to comply with regulations in countries where this is required.
