Qu’est-ce qu’un CRM et pourquoi est-il essentiel pour votre entreprise ?

What support is offered to Cirrus Shield customers?

Cirrus Shield offers two levels of support to ensure the performance of your CRM:

  • Standard Support (Included): Automatically available for all paid licenses. It offers unlimited access to the help center (guides, videos) and email assistance at support@cirrus-shield.com. Our teams handle your requests (usage help, bug reports) from Monday to Friday (9 AM – 6 PM) with a guaranteed response time within 2 business days.

  • Premium Support (Tailored): A paid option for advanced needs, including delegated administration of your environment and specific technical support for your developers.

Is the price per month or per user?

Cirrus Shield pricing applies both per user and per month. We operate on a named license model: each employee wishing to access the CRM must have their own individual license. Accounts cannot be shared between multiple people.

There is no minimum number of users required. Calculating your subscription is simple and transparent. For example: If two employees (e.g., John and Sandra) need to access the software, you must subscribe to 2 licenses. Based on an “Ultimate” edition at €75, your monthly cost will be: 2 users x €75 = €150.

What is the refund policy?

In accordance with our general terms and conditions, payments made are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to the entire subscription period already paid, whether it is a monthly or annual commitment. Consequently, no license can be refunded, even in the event of early termination or non-use of the software during the billed period.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual). Your access to the software remains active until that date.

Please note that periods already paid for are non-refundable. Once the deadline is reached, the contract ends and your subscription will not be automatically renewed.

What are the accepted payment methods?

To facilitate your billing management, Cirrus Shield accepts payments by bank transfer and direct debit. These secure methods are adapted to corporate accounting processes and guarantee the continuity of your service without interruption.

Is there a limit to the number of users?

No, our solution is designed to be fully scalable. There are no technical or contractual limits: you can subscribe to as many licenses as your business requires.

Whether you are a small team or a large enterprise, Cirrus Shield adapts to your workforce and allows you to add new users at any time to support your growth.

Is it possible to mix different editions or plans for my users?

No, in order to ensure perfect consistency in data sharing and access to features, all users must be assigned to the same edition (the same pricing plan). It is not possible to combine or mix different subscription levels within the same CRM environment.
