What support is offered to Cirrus Shield customers and how can I contact your customer support?

Depending on the version you have subscribed to, you will be entitled to the following customer support options.

1 – Standard Support Customers who have subscribed to paid licenses are entitled to standard support services:

  • Access to online help, guides, and online videos

  • Unlimited email support at the following address: support@cirrus-shield.com

  • Type of support: user support, questions related to product use (user or administrator), reporting of product malfunctions (bugs).

  • Support hours: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm

  • Service level: response within 2 business days

2 – Premium Support An additional paid Premium Support option is available. It provides access to additional services such as: administration of your environment, developer support. Please contact us at the following address for more information: contact@cirrus-shield.com

Is the price per month or per user?

Both. The price is per user and per month. There is no minimum number of users, but the users are named, which means that every person in your company who needs to access our software needs a license. Licenses cannot be shared between users. For example, if John and Sandra need to access Cirrus Shield, you must subscribe to 2 user licenses. If your licenses are the “Ultimate” type, the monthly amount of your subscription will be: 2 user licenses x €75 = €150.

What is the refund policy?

We do not refund licenses that have already been paid. Any payment for a given period, whether for a month or more, is non-refundable.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Payments that have already been made will not be refunded. At the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will not be renewed.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer, direct debit.

Is there a limit to the number of users I can purchase on each plan?

No, you can purchase as many users as you need.

Can I have some users on one plan and the others on another?

No, all users need to be on the same plan.
