To manage all the properties of your products or services, Cirrus Shield allows you to customize the products module and its fields. Then, easily integrate your entire product database by importing your Excel file with the import wizard.

Price lists

Cirrus Shield allows you to create different price lists to manage different pricing based on, for example, sales territories, a discount grid, or to segment your market as you wish. You can add to the price list and associate a price with it. These lists are then available on quotes and invoices.



Stock and replenishment management

Thanks to the cumulative fields feature, Cirrus Shield can automatically calculate the stock of each product, identify products whose stock is below the replenishment threshold, and display all this information in a report. Edit a purchase order in a few clicks to replenish your stock from your suppliers. The ordered quantities are also updated at each product’s level.

One-click quotes

With Cirrus Shield, you can create a quote in one click from the opportunity record. The quote will include elements from your opportunity such as customer information, products, and amounts.

Personalized quotes

With the document generation feature, Cirrus Shield allows you to create a quote template in your own style using Word format. Use merge fields in the template. Import the template into Cirrus Shield. That’s it. The merge fields will be automatically filled when the quote is generated.

Different quote templates

You have the ability to create as many quote templates as needed; for example, if you have several brands, you can create personalized quote templates based on your offers.

Shortcuts to complete quote fields

Because Cirrus Shield is here to help you be more effective in your sales process, the application offers shortcuts to fill in quote fields with one click. With the quick button “Complete quote”, Cirrus Shield retrieves all the data from your CRM to fill fields such as the billing address, shipping address, and contact information. These buttons can be customized with a little bit of code.

Track your team’s quotes

Whether in a filtered view or in a report, tracking your team’s quotes is made easy. With Cirrus Shield, you can identify the quotes closest to closing and follow up with prospects to win them.

From quote to invoice in one click

Won a quote? The corresponding invoice is generated in one click. All the information from your quote is carried over to the invoice: customer name and address, product lines, prices, and discounts. With Cirrus Shield, you are efficient. All the time.

Online payment with Stripe

With its native Stripe integration, Cirrus Shield allows you to have your invoices paid online. Each invoice has a payment link generated by Cirrus Shield. Send this link by email to your customers, who can then pay the invoice via a multitude of means: bank card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), SEPA direct debit, or even a digital wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay, etc.). As soon as the payment is made by the customer, the status of your invoice in Cirrus Shield is automatically updated. Payment tracking is done in real time.
